Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a 50% penalty on the session fee. Emergency cancellations are reviewed case by case. Always communicate with the trainee and reschedule promptly.

How do I handle a trainee who doesn't show up?

Wait for 15 minutes. If the trainee doesn't join, message them through the platform. After 15 minutes, you can mark the session as "No Show" and still receive full payment. The platform will attempt to contact the trainee and may take action if it's a pattern.

Can I share my contact information with trainees?

No. All communication should stay within the platform until after the first session. After a successful session, you may share professional contact information (like LinkedIn) but avoid sharing personal phone numbers or email until you've built trust.

What's the process for getting verified?

Upload your Bar Council ID and enrollment certificate during registration. Our team verifies within 48 hours. You'll receive a "Verified" badge on your profile. Verification must be renewed annually by uploading updated documents.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Go to Wallet → Withdraw Funds. Add your bank account or UPI details. Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. Bank transfers take 2-3 business days, UPI is instant. Withdrawals are processed daily at 2 PM.

What if a trainee doesn't release payment?

After a session, trainees have 24 hours to confirm completion. If they don't take action, funds are automatically released to you. If they dispute, our support team will review the case. Keep session notes and any evidence of work done.
